Getting Started with NX

Everything you need to know about setting up your online team shop.

We make it easy for clubs, schools and teams to kit out their whole squad without the usual hassle. You get your own online team shop, a wide choice of customisable kit and a production team that handles printing in-house, so quality, turnaround and consistency stay under one roof.

Whether you're ordering for one player or a hundred, NX is set up to make the process simple.

We work with a wide range of sports clubs, schools, universities and organisations across the UK. Whether you're looking for teamwear, training kit, leisurewear or supporter clothing, we can create a dedicated online team shop tailored to your needs.

We currently supply clothing for sports including football, rugby, cricket, netball, hockey, rowing, athletics, cycling, swimming, tennis, padel, golf and many more.

If your sport isn't listed, don't worry — our product range is constantly growing. Get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements and recommend the most suitable products for your club or organisation.

We set up a dedicated online shop for your club or team, stocked with the kit and embellishment options you’ve chosen. Members log in, pick their items, add personalisation if needed and order directly online.

There are no paper forms to collect and no chasing payments. Everything is made to order and sent out once it’s ready.

Setting up a team shop is free and straightforward. We’ll send you a short form to complete with a few details about your club, your kit requirements and your logo.

We’ll then build your shop and send it over for approval. Most shops are ready to go live within a couple of days.

For larger or one-off bulk orders, send us a list of the items, quantities, sizes and any logos you need and we’ll put together a quote.

The more detail you can give us up front, the quicker we can turn it around.

Your Shop & Ordering

If you need to add or remove items, change pricing or update your kit options, just contact your dedicated account manager or email us and we’ll make the changes for you.

We recommend reviewing your shop once a season to keep everything current.

Yes. If there’s a product you’d like that isn’t currently in your shop, get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can add it or arrange it as a separate order.

We accept payments by Card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. For larger bulk orders, we can also accept payment by bank transfer.

Payment is taken at the point of order through your team shop.

All garments or products embellished with club logos, sponsor logos or other personalisation are customised items. The embellishment process is automated and starts at the point of order.

Because production begins automatically, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed.

Please let us know straight away if there has been a mistake when placing your order.

Because of our automated production system, orders begin the production process immediately after being placed. This means we cannot usually amend an order, but we will always do our best to help where we can.

How Your Kit Is Made

A look at our in-house production process and embellishment methods.

We keep blank garments in stock. Once your order is placed, it immediately goes to our in-house production team, who print each item to your specification before it is checked, packed and dispatched.

Our garments are embellished using the latest printing technology, Techflex. This is where club logos, sponsors, names and numbers are applied to garments using heat press technology.

The only products we currently use embroidery for are customised cricket helmets. This helps us deliver quick, efficient lead times and a consistent quality finish across every logo.

Our production team works Monday to Friday, which is reflected in the working-day turnaround times quoted on each shop.

Delivery & Timescales

Because everything is customised on an individual order basis, orders are usually produced within 5–7 working days. Orders are then dispatched using your chosen delivery method.

During busier periods, some orders may take a little longer, but this will always be displayed on our website before you place your order.

Orders are dispatched after production has been completed, usually 5–7 working days from order placement.

Once dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes a further 1–2 working days.

We send orders by Royal Mail tracked 48-hour delivery or with DPD on a next working day service. You can choose your courier at the point of order.

Please note that when free shipping is applied to an order, this will usually be sent by Royal Mail.

Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from our offices in Winchester. You can select Click & Collect when placing your order.

Please note that we still need to allow time for production, usually 5–7 working days, before your order can be collected. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an express service. However, please get in touch and we will always try to help where we can.

Please have your order number to hand if you can, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

We want you to be happy with your kit. If something is not right, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.

We will then get back to you as quickly as possible to put things right.

A size guide can be found here. Please check the size guide before placing your order, especially for personalised or customised items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of customised kit unless the item is faulty.

Please note that we do not keep club-specific kit in stock. We hold blank garments which are customised with club logos, sponsors or personalisation on an individual order basis.

If you think there is a fault or an error on our part, please get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
