TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you place an order with us, this will automatically indicate that you agree to the following terms and conditions, without exception.

Delivery

  • We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5-10 working days, however during busy periods this may extend due to demand.
  • You will be sent tracking details via email or text message once your garments have been dispatched.
  • All orders within the UK and EU will be shipped at the specified rate on checkout, for the Rest of the World a member of staff will contact you to confirm postage rate before the order is processed.
  • Cheque/credit card transactions will be processed before the order is confirmed.

Exchanges and refunds

  • All garments sold via teamwear.nxt-sports.com/search are customised goods.
  • We are unable to accept returns on customised goods, unless they are faulty. This includes any item that has got a club badge, specific logo to a club, or personalisation such as initials or a name.
  • Items may only be returned if faulty – unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. We are unable to exchange or refund any garment if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number.
  • Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description, images and carriage charges outlined on the website are correct. However, errors/omissions may occur. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given if the garment does not exactly match the digital image on the club shop.
  • We cannot offer any refund or exchange on helmets and once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Returns should be requested via your online customer portal. We recommend that items are returned by Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. All postal charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation of order

  • All garments/products that are embellished with club logos, or other logos as required, are customised garments/products. The customisation process begins immediately from the point of order and therefore orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where products are unavailable, pricing or description errors have occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, you will be notified and issued a full refund for any amounts already paid.

Voucher codes

Voucher and Discount codes must be applied at point of purchase, if you click apply once you have entered a code and it does not reduce the cost of the order please contact us before placing the order. Any orders placed without the discount code will not retrospectively have a voucher applied.

Personalised items

It is the customers responsibility to ensure instructions regarding personalised items are clear.

Name personalised items cannot be exchanged or the cost refunded. For clarity position personalisation such as Coach, Manager, Assessor etc, are classed as name personalisation.

Stock availability

  • Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sell out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible we may offer an alternative item on approval. If this is not possible, we will place the out of stock item on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on separate delivery.
  • If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer you an alternative item wherever possible.
  • Every effort has been made to ensure that the colour representation of items shown is as accurate as possible, however web colours may vary slightly from the actual product colour.

Sizing

  • The sizing guide on the shops are for guidance only and does not guarantee garments to be exactly the same size as advertised. All sizes displayed are “to fit” rather than sizes of the garment.

  • All products are stocked, embellished and despatched from our warehouse in Winchester, UK.

NX CLIP OF THE MONTH COMPETITION

Official Competition Terms & Conditions - 2026 Season

Promoter: Masuri Group Limited (trading as NX Teamwear), Unit F, Wykeham Industrial Estate, Moorside Road, Winchester, SO23 7RX, United Kingdom.

  1. ELIGIBILITY & SCOPE

1.1. This Campaign is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law.

1.2. Employees of Masuri Group Limited, NX Teamwear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  1. CAMPAIGN PERIOD & STRUCTURE

 2.1. The competition runs monthly. Submissions open on the 1st of each month (09:00 BST) and close on the final day of the month (23:59 BST).

2.2. Following the close of the submission period, Masuri Group Limited will review all eligible entries to select one (1) monthly winner.

  1. CONTENT SUBMISSION & RESTRICTIONS

3.1. Originality: Entries must be original video footage filmed by the entrant or an associate with express permission.

    3.2. BROADCAST PROHIBITION: Submissions of footage owned by professional broadcasters (e.g., Sky Sports, BBC, TNT Sports, Willow), professional digital publishers, or professional leagues/boards are strictly prohibited. Any entry containing broadcast watermarks, professional graphics, or captured from a television/live stream will be automatically disqualified.

    3.3. Minors: If a submitted clip features any individual under the age of 18, the entrant warrants that they have obtained express consent from the minor’s parent or legal guardian for the footage to be used for commercial and promotional purposes by Masuri Group Limited.

    3.4. Health & Safety: Entrants must not put themselves or others at risk of injury to capture footage. Masuri Group Limited does not encourage or condone dangerous behavior. Any clips depicting reckless or illegal acts will be disqualified.

    1. RIGHTS & LICENSING

     4.1. By submitting an entry, You grant Masuri Group Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute your entry across all digital and physical media for promotional, advertising, and trade purposes.

    4.2. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Masuri Group Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from a breach of copyright, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights related to your submission. 

    1. WINNER SELECTION & HONOURABLE MENTIONS

    5.1. Judging: The Winner will be selected by a panel from Masuri Group Limited based on skill, quality of footage, and entertainment value. The judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

     5.2. Honourable Mentions: Masuri Group Limited reserves the right to feature additional high-quality entries as "Honourable Mentions" across social media channels. Inclusion as an Honourable Mention does not constitute winning a prize.

    5.3. Notification: The monthly winner will be notified via Direct Message within seven (7) days of the selection. Failure to claim the prize within 7 days may result in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.

    1. PRIZES 

    6.1. The monthly prize will be specified in the monthly announcement post. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted. Prizes are non-transferable.

    1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

     7.1. Masuri Group Limited is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the filming of entries or as a result of participating in the Campaign. Participation is at the entrant's own risk.

    7.2. The Promoter is not liable for technical errors, platform downtime, or the failure of any entry to be received.

    1. GENERAL TERMS 

    8.1. Right to Amend: Masuri Group Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Campaign or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

    8.2. Governing Law: This Campaign is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

    This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or TikTok. By entering, you release said platforms from any and all liability.
