When will I receive my order?

We are currently dispatching orders within 5–7 working days.

How can I order from you?

The best way to order from us is through your club shop on our NX Teamwear platform or through the Masuri Brand Shop. You can find your club shop here or visit the Masuri Brand Shop here .

I need to return an item. What should I do?

Please email info@nx-teamwear.com with RETURNS REQUEST in the subject line.

In the body of your email, please provide your order number and clearly state the reason for the return. For damaged or faulty products, please include a photograph and details of the fault.

We will then contact you with a returns label so that you can return the goods to us.

What are your opening hours, and can I visit?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Please note that our offices are only open for click-and-collect order collections or pre-arranged appointments.
